Attention Quicken and QuickBooks Users

Aspen Federal Credit Union will be upgrading to a new online and mobile banking platform on January 12, 2026. As part of this upgrade, you’ll need to make a few updates to your Quicken or QuickBooks software to ensure your account connections continue to work properly. Please review the conversion details below and take action on the dates provided to ensure a smooth transition.

Important Action Dates

First Action Date: January 9, 2026 Before this date, please back up your data file and complete your final transaction download. Be sure to do this before January 10, as transaction history may not be available once our new system goes live.

Second Action Date: January 11, 2026 On this date, you’ll need to complete the deactivation and reactivation of your online banking connection within Quicken or QuickBooks. This step ensures your software connects correctly to Aspen FCU’s upgraded online banking system.
